Free Transit Tuesdays on 10/8 and 10/15 During The “Get There” Challenge

CET is offering Free Transit Tuesdays on 10/8 and 10/15 on Bend fixed route and Community Connector services (Dial-a-Ride services not included) to encourage residents across Central Oregon to try transit during the Get There Challenge, a two-week statewide contest that encourages people to walk, roll, bike, ride the bus, carpool, and telework, versus driving alone. You can win cool prizes like an electric bike, a Visa cash card or a Hydro Flask by registering for the Get There Challenge and logging your trips using transportation options between October 7, and 21.

CET is hosting fun and interactive tabling events on Tuesday, October 15, from 2-4 at the Redmond Transit Hub (777 SW Kalama Ave) to thank riders for using CET services and help them plan their next transit trips. Feel free to stop by and enjoy some coffee and snacks if you are nearby.

Please help spread the word.
