DESCRIPTION OF WORK:

The Central Oregon Intergovernmental Council, hereinafter referred to as “COIC”, intends to enter into a contract with the successful proposer(s) for Internet Services. Through market research and review, COIC has determined that a Request for Proposal, hereinafter referred to as “RFP”, is both necessary and required.

COIC requires Internet service at each of 11 existing office locations and 1 location currently under construction. Internet services are utilized by staff and clients for various program-specific purposes. Each site has as few as three (3) staff or as many as thirty (30) staff which share internet service at each location. In addition, COIC has many electronic resources which are accessed via the Internet (such as web services). Lastly, certain COIC programs provide education and job-seeker services which require approximately 225 public and/or client workstations to have Internet access in order to serve these programs sufficiently.
