Regional Emergency Services Training & Coordination Center (RESTCC)

The Regional Emergency Services Training and Coordination Center (RESTCC) is a proposed facility, ideally sited in the vicinity of the Redmond Airport, which would provide some or all of the following functions: a regional or statewide emergency incident command center/EOC; an emergency services training facility for Central and Eastern OR agencies to meet mandatory training needs; a location for COCC’s fire/emergency response/law enforcement programs; a backup 911 facility; and potentially a means to ensure continuity of government in the event of a major statewide disaster such as Cascadia.
