Central Oregon Intergovernmental Council

A public meeting of the Central Oregon Intergovernmental Council (COIC), Deschutes County, State of Oregon will be held on June 4, 2015 at 3:30p.m. in the Public Works Training Room, 243 E Antler Ave, Redmond, Oregon.  The purpose of this meeting is to discuss and adopt the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016 and Supplemental Budget for 2014-2015 as approved by the Central Oregon Intergovernmental Council Budget Committee.  A copy of the budget may be inspected or obtained on or after June 13, 2015 at our Administrative Office located at 334 NE Hawthorne Ave, Bend, Oregon between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. This is a public meeting.  Any person may appear and present arguments for or against any item in the budget document.

Central Oregon Intergovernmental Council (COIC) Executive Committee Meeting

There will be a meeting of the Central Oregon Intergovernmental Council Executive Committee on Thursday, May 7, 2015. The meeting is scheduled from 4:00-5:00 PM at Redmond Public Works training room, 243 E. Antler Avenue, Redmond, OR 97756.

There will be a meeting of the Central Oregon Area Commission on Transportation on Thursday, March 12, 2015.  The meeting is scheduled from  3PM-5PM at the Redmond Public Works Training Room, 243 E. Antler Avenue, Redmond, OR 97756.

Strategic Planning Request for Proposal

The Central Oregon Intergovernmental Council (COIC) is seeking Proposals from Strategic Planning Consultants interested in providing services to COIC.

Proposals are due to COIC by Tuesday, September 2nd 2014 at 4:00pm, by e-mail. Please see the attached Request for all guidelines and requirements.
