COIC Appoints a New Executive Director

December 4, 2013 – The Central Oregon Intergovernmental Council (COIC) announced today the appointment of a new Executive Director.  Andrew Spreadborough was selected by the COIC Board of Directors as the organization’s executive director at their meeting on November 7.
